 The process to upgrade is done in simple steps to avoid any downtime of your site.
1. Fill out the form below to see if your eligible. Include your current password so we can access to your files.
2. If possible, we will copy your files to the new server, excluding any custom cgi-bin or script files.
3. We will notify you of your new IP#, username and password. You can then do any custom installation/modification you need (set up any special scripts, set the path to a secure server etc.), set up your POP accounts, email redirects and redirect to a secure server. etc.
4. Once you are satisfied that your ready, then we will do a Nameserver change (if your domain was not registered through us, we will help you make the necessary changes). This will insure that you have NO downtime.
